(OKT. 2011) THE DANISH WORKING ENVIRONMENT AUTHORITY has continued the roll-out of Transvision Service Planner and recently decided to purchase two new modules: Transvision REPORTS and Transvision DATALOG. The Danish Working Environment Authority is an agency which contributes to the creation and maintenance of safe and sound working conditions at Danish workplaces. WEA’s approximately 400 inspectors evaluate the working environment of all Danish companies and make approximately 65,000 visits per year in total. The roll-out of Transvision Service Planner was commenced in Southern Jutland and on Funen, and for the past half year the system has been fully operational for approximately 100 supervisors in this area. Based on the success within this region, the use of Transvision Service Planner is now being extended. Hence, the system has been rolled out on two out of three centres, and the roll-out is expected to be complete by the end of 2011. Currently, WEA benefits greatly from Transvision Service Planner’s strong functionality within daily operational planning and integration with mobile devices, facilitating real-time optimisation, and within the master planning of periodic visits. Following the successful roll-out, WEA has recently decided to enhance the use of Transvision Service Planner by purchasing two new modules: Transvision REPORTS and DATALOG. In Transvision REPORTS, WEA will set up a range of planner and management reports displaying KPIs and service levels. In this way, execution can be monitored and knowledge about best practices can be shared across the organisation for strategic or other purposes, as all data is secured and can be used in an effort to make the processes even more efficient. The module Transvision DATALOG supports planners and work processes at WEA, as it facilitates easy access to transactional data, enabling planners to perform troubleshooting themselves.
